Moody Students

FBC Moody Students exists to serve 6th–12th grade students from Moody and the surrounding communities. Our desire is to help students grow in their relationship with the Lord, discover what it means to follow Christ, and learn how to go and make disciples.
We believe students need opportunities to grow in God’s Word, build meaningful relationships, worship together, and live out their faith. We provide these opportunities through three main gatherings each week: Sunday Life Groups, Sunday Worship, and Wednesday Service.

Life Groups | Sundays at 9:30 AM
Our students begin in the Youth Room before breaking into smaller groups. In these groups, students build relationships with one another while participating in an in-depth study of God’s Word. Our goal is to create a place where students can ask questions, grow in their understanding of Scripture, and learn how to apply God’s truth to their everyday lives.

Sunday Worship
Students are encouraged to participate in worship alongside our church family. As they worship, learn, and serve, they are given opportunities to grow in their faith and understand what it means to be an active part of the church.

Wednesday Youth Group
Wednesday nights provide a dedicated time for our students to connect, worship, study God’s Word, and grow together. Through biblical teaching and meaningful relationships, we encourage students to live boldly for Christ and share His love with those around them.
Our heart is to know Christ, grow in Christ, and go make disciples. We want every student to know that they are loved, valued, and part of the FBC Moody family as they grow in their walk with the Lord.

Life Groups | Sundays at 9:30 am

Wednesday Nights | 6:30pm - 8:00pm

On Wednesday nights we gather in the youth room and break up our time with fellowship, announcements, games, worship, message, and small groups. These evenings are fun evenings where we have fun but also dive into scripture and spend time studying God's word. There is no better place to be on a Wednesday in Moody 

Youth Events

Throughout the year, we offer a variety of special events designed to help our students grow closer to Jesus and to one another. From summer camps and retreats to mission trips, service projects, and fun fellowship outings, each event provides opportunities for students to grow in their faith, serve others, build meaningful relationships, and enjoy time together.
All students in 6th–12th grade are welcome to participate! Check "Upcoming Events" regularly to see what’s coming up for our youth.
